SHIPPING, RETURNS & TERMS
RETURN POLICY
At Onia, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Merchandise must be received in the original condition and packaging that it was sent. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Sale items are Final Sale (including any orders placed via Onia Private Sale). Shipping and handling charges for the first domestic exchange will be complimentary (international shipments excluded); in the event of an additional exchange, shipping charges will apply. We are not responsible for customer returns that are damaged or lost in transit. Any orders placed during the month of December can be returned or exchanged until January 15th.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES PROCESSING
When your return is received and verified, we will credit your account within 5 business days, which will show on your next statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, please allow 48 hours to complete from the date received at our warehouse. Product availability will affect the timeframe in which your exchange is processed. SHIPPING & DELIVERY | UNITED STATES

*Orders with expedited shipping (FedEx Overnight & FedEx 2 Day) must be submitted Monday – Thursday by 10 AM EST. Orders placed after 10 AM EST will be delivered the following business day. For example, orders with overnight shipping selected that are placed on Monday before 10 AM EST will be received on Tuesday – if the order is placed after 10 AM on Monday, the order will be received on Wednesday. We do not offer overnight delivery to Alaska, Hawaii or P.O. Boxes.
*Special Delivery Services: By request, we are able to provide other shipping services provided by our carrier, FedEx. If you are interested in any other shipping service not listed on our website, please contact us directly at 646-701-0008 x 1 for more information.

At Onia, we are happy to announce that we ship to over 80 countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated based on the ship to address, ship method and service type selected. If you have any questions regarding the countries we ship to, please email customerservice@onia.com.
CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods from the ship to countries customs office. Customs fees are determined based on but not limited to: destination country, product category, fabric content and weight. If customs duties and taxes are not paid, your shipment will not be delivered, but held at customs.
SHIPPING POLICY & TERMS
When placing an order with Onia, the customer is responsible for the original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of the return or exchange back to our warehouse (located in Los Angeles, CA – US). This also applies to any shipments that are refused at the time of delivery. Please note, that if a package is refused, the recipient is responsible for any duties, taxes or fees associated with the shipment refusal and routing back to the United States.
