Shipping
Orders placed by the cutoff, Monday to Friday, leave the same day; later orders ship the next business day. Expedited service is not available to P.O. boxes.
Returns & exchanges
Returns and exchanges are complimentary within 14 days of delivery.
For full-price pieces, unworn, with tags and hygienic liner in place. Please try swimwear on over undergarments. Final sale pieces cannot be returned.

When will I get my refund?
Within 7 business days of your return reaching us. Your bank may take 5-7 business days to show it.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, with DHL Global. Prices show in your currency, and duties and taxes are paid at checkout, so nothing is due on delivery. Most orders arrive in 2-10 business days.
Can I return an international order?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery. Start it online like any return. Return shipping and duties are at your cost, and returns ship back to us in California. International orders can be refunded or returned for store credit, not exchanged.
Can I return an online order in store?
Yes, as an exchange.
I bought something in store. How do I return it?
Store purchases are handled by the store you shopped at. Email madisonave@onia.com (New York), westpalmbeach@onia.com (West Palm Beach) or your stylist.
When will my exchange ship?
As soon as the carrier scans your return. A new confirmation email follows with tracking.
