Return Policy

Onia offers returns on all full price merchandise for U.S. customers within 14 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please click here.

Please note there is a $10 restocking fee per return which will be deducted from your refund.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached. We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase. 

Onia reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.

Online returns can only be accepted in-store as exchanges. Store purchases are to be resolved in store, please contact madisonave@onia.com or the stylist that helped you.
