Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are complimentary within 14 days of delivery, for full-price pieces that are unworn, with tags and hygienic liner in place. Please try swimwear on over undergarments. Final sale pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

Start a return. Print your prepaid label and drop your parcel at any UPS location. To exchange a size, choose the new size; it ships as soon as your return is on its way. Prefer credit to a refund? Choose store credit when you start your return.

Refunds

You are refunded within 7 business days of your return reaching us. Your bank may take 5-7 business days to show the refund.

Store Purchases

Store purchases are handled by the store you shopped at: madisonave@onia.com (New York) or westpalmbeach@onia.com (West Palm Beach). Online orders can be returned in store as an exchange.

International Returns

International returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Start it online like any return. Return shipping and duties are at your cost, and returns ship back to us in California. Duties and taxes from your order are non-refundable. International orders can be refunded or returned for store credit, not exchanged.
